A great homework activity when teaching electricity (3 activities to complete). Activity 1: Look around your home carefully and find 12 electrical appliances which have switches on them. Draw each appliance and write the name of the appliance beneath the picture. Activity 2: Sort the 12 appliances you have found into 3 groups: appliances that only use batteries; appliances that only use mains and appliances that use batteries and mains. Present this information on the Venn Diagram attached Activity 3: Write down if the appliance produces LIGHT, SOUND, TEMPERATURE or MOVEMENT? Fully editable.
